Our service goes beyond just introducing the right calibre of candidates. We will keep in touch with all parties ensuring that after the interview, the paperwork is processed comprehensively and efficiently. We have a tried and tested system where we try and work with our clients to turn around all paperwork within 4 weeks of interview. This includes CRB, Occupational Health, References and where appropriate applying for Work Permits.
We also provide a valuable service to our clients by working closely with our candidates, once they have successfully been selected. We keep in touch with the candidates and ensure they complete their paperwork correctly and efficiently.
Where our candidates have to relocate, we help them by sourcing the appropriate accommodation and providing them with important local information such as schools and local transport facilities.
We continue keeping in contact with our candidates even after they have started their new post. This helps us ensure the candidate is settling in well with their new employer and where there are any problems surfacing we actively try and resolve them before they became major issues. This has helped our clients significantly -- as the majority of our candidates tend to stay with our clients for at least one year and many remain for longer periods of time.
