I agree that any information (this includes personal data) I provide to GHRS will be held and processed by GHRS for the purpose of helping me obtain a position with an employer in the United Kingdom. I also agree that the processing of any information supplied will include disclosure of my CV by GHRS to employers. I therefore consent to the processing of my information by GHRS.

I agree that GHRS makes no guarantee as to the availability of, or my prospects of obtaining, any position with an employer. I also acknowledge that I shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses that I may incur in the process of applying for or taking up an employment position.

I agree GHRS will always make the first introduction to an employer who's position has been introduced to me by GHRS. Additionally, I will not approach any employer directly for any positions discussed with GHRS (even if I know or have previously known the employer on any basis).

I will inform GHRS immediately, if an employer either employs, or tries to employ me, in any capacity, where I have been previously referred by GHRS to the employer within 12 months, whether or not I have been employed there before.

GHRS do not take responsibility, nor accept any liability for the professional conduct of any employer.

I agree that I am at no time an employee of GHRS and therefore have no authority to act for or on behalf of GHRS. Additionally, I agree that renumeration will be paid by my employer, and are never the responsibility of GHRS.

I agree that all communications about positions available are to be kept confidential and these details are not to be disclosed to colleagues or employers.

I give GHRS permission to contact any Referees I have provided, for the purpose of obtaining information relating to my former employment.
